I. INTERACTION ENHANCEMENTS & EMAIL AUTOMATION

In this update, Ewarehub focuses heavily on automating notification flows to ensure seamless connectivity between Admin, Partner, and Customer. Real-time email responses significantly accelerate operational processing speeds.

1. Admin Notifications
New Account Registration: As soon as a user completes the registration form, the system automatically triggers an email notification directly to the Admin’s inbox. This allows the Admin to track user growth and perform identity verification (KYC) checks immediately.
Activation Confirmation: Once a user verifies their email or an account is successfully activated, a second notification is sent to confirm the account is ready to join the ecosystem.

2. Warehouse Approval Workflow
This is a central improvement for coordination between Partners and Customers:
Status Feedback: When a Partner approves or rejects a warehouse request, the system automatically sends the result email to the Customer in real-time.
Integrated One-Touch Payment: For approved requests, the email will include a “Pay Now” button. This button contains an encrypted link pointing directly to the Customer’s invoice page on the Portal, shortening the purchase and payment journey.

II. ADMIN PORTAL UPGRADES

The management experience is optimized for transparency and efficiency in daily
Admin operations.

1. Security & Utility
The “Show Password” feature has been integrated into sensitive management forms. This assists Admins in accurately checking login details or configurations without complex reset procedures.

2. Intelligent Dashboard
The Dashboard has been completely restructured. Data visualizations for revenue, order volume, and warehouse status are presented in flexible modules, providing an instant bird’s-eye view of system health.

III. COMPREHENSIVE EMAIL MANAGEMENT & LOGS

1. Custom Notification Recipient List (Noti Email)

Admins can now proactively manage the recipient list for system alerts:

  • Add technical or support team emails to the list for error or registration notifications.
  • Remove inactive emails to ensure security and prevent inbox clutter

2. Email Log System (Tracking)
A powerful tool for auditing that records all mail history, including timestamps, recipients, subjects, and status (Success/Failure). Assists in resolving customer issues regarding missing notifications.

IV. EXPANDED SYSTEM SETTINGS

Advanced setting categories added for absolute control over Ewarehub’s technical infrastructure:

  • SMTP Configuration: Easily modify email server info, ports, and security protocols (SSL/TLS).
  • Stripe Integration: Manage API Keys, Webhooks, and payment parameters directly on the web interface.
  • System Settings: Customize general parameters, language, and maintenance modes.

Note: All features have been tested in the Staging environment and are ready
for official launch.
